Registration and payment information

The deadline for REGISTRATION is 18th June 2025. Filling the registration form is not equivalent to participation. You will get an e-mail with confirmation of registration and with all important data.

The deadline for the REGISTRATION FEE is two weeks after your registration. Please provide us with the confirmation of a bank transfer (PDF or scan) immediately after transfer. After a successful bank transfer you will get confirmation of participation.



The cost of participation

The cost of participation in the Poznan Summer School of Bioinformatics is EUR 380 (or 1600 PLN) and it covers:

  • participation in the course
  • materials
  • coffee and tea breaks
  • breakfasts and lunch breaks (vegetarian option available)
  • barbecue dinner (get-together party)
  • excursion
  • certificate of attendance

Accommodation

Dormitory - booking via registration form

We have prebooked rooms for the PSSB participants in dormitories. By default, the booking period is from 6th to 12th July 2025. If you need to book more/less nights, please inform us in the 'Comment' box during on-line registration. Reaching the venue takes about 20 min (10 min by bus + 10 min by foot).

Price per room/night: 65 PLN (+VAT 8%) (single room without breakfast).

Price per room/night: 90 PLN (+VAT 8%) (double room without breakfast, 45 PLN per person).

NOTE: The payment for accommodation will be collected in cash at the check-in in the dormitory. The currency for payment is PLN.

Please note that the Old Market is under renovation. Please bear this in mind when choosing your accommodation.
